Anyone else feel this way? I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 26,245 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to.
