Hereford vs Portland -which is better?
First post here. With a population of 14,874, Hereford is a small town. Thoughts? Appreciate any input.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it was the best decision I ever made. Internet is tough in most areas.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.
I've been here 10 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The thing nobody mentions is healthcare. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the outdoor recreation is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is solid.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Old Town side vs the Meadowbrook side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
