First post here. I work in engineering and Median household income is $51,799, which feels on the lower side for the area. Homes are going for about $109,100 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. What would you do?
