Honest thoughts on life in Hermiston

First post here. I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $67,128 in Hermiston. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think?

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is healthcare. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
