Hermitage is underrated, change my mind

Hey, The median home value here is around $187,600, which is actually reasonable. Household incomes average around $72,464 in Hermitage. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in Riverside for 13 years. Moved from Seattle for a fresh start. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is average. We bought in 2019 at k and it's now worth down slightly than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 4-bed in a safe area. The market is competitive but not impossible.

**Employment:**
healthcare is strong here. education is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are established for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
it's improved dramatically in recent years. The outdoor scene is improving - we have state parks within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Riverside schools are solid. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Summers can be brutally hot. Chain restaurants dominate. And food scene can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to Nashville it's solid.
