Is it worth buying in Hermitage?

First post here. The median home value here is around $187,600, which is actually reasonable. Crime rate is something to consider -Hermitage sits at 161.1 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Let me know your thoughts.

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.
