First post here. Household incomes average around $152,019 in Hermosa Beach. It's a a small town city with about 19,248 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks for reading. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
