Commute times in Hernando -how bad?

Random thought, Homes are going for about $282,200 on average. It's a a small town city with about 17,580 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Should I be concerned? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
