Hey everyone, I've been here for 6 years and Median household income is $118,446, which feels pretty solid for the area. Household incomes average around $118,446 in Herriman. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. Has anyone dealt with this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development.
