Herriman quality of life -am I missing something?

Hey, Poverty rate is 4.6%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,870/month for a decent place. Median household income is $118,446, which feels pretty solid for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Good job market
- Good schools
- Close to nature
- Lots of new development

Cons:
- Not very walkable
- Limited dining options
- Boring for young people
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Not enough green space
It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, the quality of life is solid. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if traffic matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
