As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much wild but now it's surprisingly good.

Came here for work and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The nightlife is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Raleigh it's challenging.
