Hi all, I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider -Herriman sits at 77.9 per 100K. Homes are going for about $554,900 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
