Moving from Memphis to Herriman next month

Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and Homes are going for about $554,900 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 8 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the safety is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Midtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
