Hey everyone, My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Herriman sits at 77.9 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $118,446, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $554,900 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Worth the trade-offs? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I'm a project manager and I've found it's exactly what I was looking for. The community is average and there's always something going on.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's not perfect but it works for me. Compared to Houston it's tough.

Public transit is better than expected here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The healthcare is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I have mixed feelings honestly. Internet is challenging in most areas.

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Eastside area are average. Kids love it here.
