Worst things about Herriman nobody talks about

Anyone else feel this way? I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,870 for rent here. With a population of 57,336, Herriman is a smaller city. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $1,870/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 57,336 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Good schools
- Low taxes
- Good healthcare facilities
- Strong sense of community

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Boring for young people
- Poor road conditions
- Not enough green space
Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
