Just moved to Hershey, any tips?

We're a young couple and Rent is about $1,241/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,241 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Should I be concerned? Thanks for reading.

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I have mixed feelings honestly.
