Life in Hershey as a young professional

Hello, Military spouse here. It's a a small town city with about 14,334 people. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I wrong here?

Hot take but I love the pace of life here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 9 years here, that's my honest assessment.
