Best industries in Hesperia right now

I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider -Hesperia sits at 481.7 per 100K. Poverty rate is 14.3%, which is around average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation?

Public transit is challenging here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.

Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.
