Is it worth buying in Hesperia?

Anyone else feel this way? I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $366,800 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The nightlife is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
