The unemployment rate is 5.6%, which is about average. Poverty rate is 14.3%, which is around average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I overthinking this? The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
