What's it really like living in Hesperia?

Hey folks, It's a a mid-size city city with about 100K people. Rent is about $1,566/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Worth the trade-offs? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from Raleigh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Uptown. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in legal. If you're in construction you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 16 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like Asian.

Feel free to reach out with questions..

Used to live on the North side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. it was the best decision I ever made.
