Working remotely from Hesperia — my experience

I've been working remotely from Hesperia for 15 years now. Here's my take:

The pace of life here is perfect for remote work. No crazy commute stress, affordable living, and enough amenities to not feel isolated.

Cost of living: a bit high but manageable
Internet: Fiber available in most areas — no complaints
Coworking spaces: A few good ones downtown

If you're looking for a place to WFH, Hesperia is underrated for remote workers.

Moved here last year. No regrets. The local food is incredible.

As someone who moved here from Denver, I can confirm most of this. The friendliness of people surprised me the most.

Rent tip: look for places in fall. Prices drop and there's more availability.

Downtown is overrated and overpriced. The suburbs offer way better value.

Good summary. I'd rate it higher personally — maybe 9/10.

Check out the University District area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.
