Hello, The median home value here is around $252,200, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Has anyone dealt with this? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
