Heyburn job market vs Pittsburgh

Hey, I'm a 41-year-old graphic designer and Rent is about $1,017/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 3,678 people. Poverty rate is 14.9%, which is around average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts? Appreciate any input. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
