Hey everyone, I've been here for 12 years and The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $359,200 on average. It's a a mid-size city city with about 222K people. Poverty rate is 13.6%, which is around average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Let me know your thoughts. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
