How is the nightlife in Hialeah?
Just moved here 9 months ago and Cheers. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a chef who relocated here from Nashville about 11 years ago. The main reasons were a job opportunity and retirement.
Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Good airport with direct flights
Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Rising rent and home prices
Financially, we've found it better than expected compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are wild, gas is challenging.
Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. Good luck with whatever you decide..
