Is Hialeah getting better or worse?

I'm single, late 50s, and Homes are going for about $359,200 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I have mixed feelings honestly.
