Not sure if this has been asked before, but Household incomes average around $53,079 in Hialeah. Rent is about $1,558/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $359,200 on average. Median household income is $53,079, which feels on the lower side for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Does this match your experience? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
