Rent prices in Hialeah getting crazy

Anyone else noticing rent going up fast in Hialeah? Over the last year, I feel like prices went up at least 10-15%. I'm paying $1558 for a 1BR which feels okay for the area.

Are there any neighborhoods that are still affordable? Thinking about moving to a cheaper area.

Rent tip: look for places in January-February. Prices drop and there's more availability.

Traffic is the worst part honestly. But if you live near work it's fine.

The job market has been improving lately. Several education companies moved in recently.
