Curious what people think. My partner and I are Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Thanks in advance! Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
