Random thought, I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $739 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 37--F, so bundle up in winter. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Any advice would be great. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
