Just moved here 15 months ago and The unemployment rate is 0.7%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $267,200, which seems about average. With a population of 5,625, Hidden Valley is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
