First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $947,400 on average. It's a a small town city with about 1,111 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up.

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..

The food scene here is improving. Tons of great farm-to-table places. it's not perfect but it works for me.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is job market. it was the best decision I ever made. Worth doing your research before committing.
