High Bridge quality of life -am I missing something?

Random thought, Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the Fairview side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
