Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $1,062 for rent here. Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $61,228 in High Point. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for High Point? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
