Curious what people think. The median home value here is around $212,400, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
