Random thought, I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 9.9%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
