Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 16 years and The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $61,228, which feels about average for the area. It's a a mid-size city city with about 115K people. Poverty rate is 9.9%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
