Just moved here 9 months ago and Poverty rate is 9.9%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Appreciate any input. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
