Random thought, Military spouse here. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $148,600 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
