Things that make Highland Heights unique

Curious what people think. I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thoughts?

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 15 years here, that's my honest assessment.
