Random thought, Crime rate is something to consider -Highland sits at 85.5 per 100K. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
