Hey, Median household income is $99,010, which feels pretty solid for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Used to live on the Lakewood side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.

We moved here with our family and I genuinely enjoy living here. Schools in Pine Hills area are pretty good. Kids love it here.
