I'm a college student here and With a population of 30,229, Highland Park is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $594,400, which is pretty steep. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Worth the trade-offs?

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's been a really good experience overall. Internet is average in most areas.
