Is Highland Park worth moving to in 2026?

Rent is about $1,903/month for a decent place. Median household income is $161,875, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks in advance!

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, No regrets on my end..
