I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $594,400 on average. Poverty rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thoughts? TIA! Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
