Planning a move to Highland Park -neighborhoods?

Longtime lurker here, I'm a remote worker and It's a a smaller city city with about 30,229 people. The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much established but now it's improving.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The community vibe is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..

My experience has been mostly positive. I'm still on the fence after all this time. The only thing I'd watch out for is job market. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
