Is Highland Springs walkable?

Hi all, It's a a small town city with about 15,091 people. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts? Any help is appreciated. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from Baltimore about 6 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and family.

Pros I've experienced:
- Affordable housing options
- Diverse dining options
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are developing, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. Happy to answer more specific questions..
