What I wish I knew before living in Highland

So, My partner and I are Household incomes average around $178,662 in Highland. It's a a small town city with about 19,625 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What are your go-to spots? TIA! The food scene here is surprisingly good.

I work in real estate here and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The job market for my field is better than expected. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 9 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The thing nobody mentions is housing market. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the walkability is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Cedar Grove side vs the Sunset side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
