Is public transit usable in Highland Village?

Been living here since 2012. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a small town city with about 16,004 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I'm a HR manager and I've found it's exactly what I was looking for. The community is hit or miss and there's always something going on.
